THE FIRST SESSION
We began with a gentle conversation, why she came, what she felt, what she feared.
Then, as I scanned her energy field, I sensed heaviness around her heart chakra and sacral chakra, the two centres that hold the feminine energy of love, creation, and connection.
Her heart chakra was holding grief, unspoken pain, and a deep sense of rejection.
Her sacral chakra, the seat of fertility and creative flow, felt blocked, like it had forgotten how to feel safe.

We connected with her inner child, that scared, gentle little girl, and gave her what she had always needed: love, protection, and understanding.
Through forgiveness, Lina released the resentment she held toward her mother, realizing her mother’s actions were rooted in her own pain, not in Lina’s worth.
We reprogrammed the belief from fear to love:
“I can be a different kind of mother. I can love with gentleness. I can create life safely.”
Her energy field brightened instantly.
The flow through her sacral chakra became warm, vibrant, alive again.
Her body was finally feeling safe to open, to receive, to create.
