He was in the middle of a painful divorce.
All he could talk about was revenge.
“She hurt me. She betrayed me. I’ll make her pay,” he said, swearing at his wife and plotting how to win full custody of their only son.
I listened. I could feel the heaviness in his chest, the storm of resentment clouding his mind. But beneath it all, I also sensed his deep love for his child and his own pain of feeling broken, abandoned, and powerless.
The Healing Journey
In our first sessions, I focused on calming his energy. His heart chakra was blocked with anger, his solar plexus was heavy with frustration, and even his throat chakra carried tension from words unsaid and bitterness unexpressed.
Through gentle chakra cleansing and deep relaxation techniques, I helped him release the first layers of tension. Only when he softened into calmness could I begin to guide him inward.
Over several sessions, once his energy field was lighter, I began asking him to remember:
the moments when his wife was not his “enemy,” but the woman he once loved,
the joyful times they shared as a family,
the day they held their son for the very first time.
Little by little, he started to shift.
From Anger to Understanding
I reminded him that mistakes happen, and life gives us these experiences not as punishments, but as lessons and tests. That it was not his job to punish her if she wronged him, life and God would take care of balance.
I asked him to separate the wife who hurt him from the mother of his child.
I guided him to pray, setting the intention:
“May whatever is best for my son be what happens. May I not use him to hurt her.”
This became a turning point. The anger began to dissolve, replaced by a sense of responsibility and peace.
The Breakthrough
When the court decision came and he lost custody, he surprised even himself. He wasn’t devastated.
Instead, he told me with calm in his voice:
“I understand now. At this small age, a child needs his mother’s affection more than anything. This is what’s best for him. I will still be his father with love, without anger.”
That was his true victory. Not winning the case but winning back his peace. He finally began to see his ex, not as an enemy, but as a co-parent, someone he could work alongside for the highest good of their son.
The Lesson
This journey taught him and reminded us all that:
Anger and revenge bind us to suffering. Forgiveness and acceptance free us.
Healing is a process. It takes time, sessions, and willingness to see from a higher perspective.
We can seek anything in life, even something as difficult as a divorce or a custody case but what truly matters is the intention and emotion behind it.
When we act from revenge, resentment, and anger, the vibration we create attracts pain and destruction.
When we act from forgiveness, love, and kindness even while taking firm steps, we create a higher vibration that leads to peace, clarity, and blessings for everyone involved.
True healing doesn’t always mean getting what we want, it means receiving what serves the greater good in the right vibration.
As you read this, maybe you too are holding onto resentment. Remember: letting go doesn’t mean losing. It means gaining back your peace, your clarity, and your freedom.
